Due to construction at Marshall High School, no rehearsals for the 2008 season will take place there. Instead, we will be using the Marshall Middle School band room. The Middle School is located at 100 E. Green St., one block south of downtown Marshall. Park in the back parking lot of the school, and enter the building through the east back door. The elevator is just inside the door to the right. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and the elevator door opens in front of the band room.

Inclement Weather Policy (New for 2008)
If it is not raining at 6 P.M., even if it is gloomy, we will set up the band shell and plan to run the concert as scheduled.
If it is raining at 6 P.M. and the concert is cancelled, then the concert is cancelled permanently. Soloists and music selections will be scheduled again next year.
Each musician is responsible for placing a folded chair and music stand on a storage cart at the conclusion of each band shell concert.
If you are a member of a featured ensemble for a concert, then you automatically have a rehearsal with the other members of your group at 6:30 P.M. in an ajoining room to the band room on the Monday of that concert. week (immediately prior to the first band rehearsal for that concert).
Featured vocal ensembles should report to the Middle School Band Room ready to sing with the band on both rehearsal nights (8:00 P.M.) the week of the concert.There will also be two scheduled vocal rehearsals prior to rehearsing with the band. Those rehearsals will be conducted by the band's vocals coach, Dick Day:
